Just got Henry from a team that is closer to unlikely that he will make playoffs. Gave Jacobs, Gibson and Godwin. Starting roster:
Deshaun, Aaron Jones, Henry, Mclaurin, Julio, Kelce and AJ Brown. My bench is shit except for good defenses and Mostert on IR. No idea how I managed to get this team in a 12 man 0.5 PPR but damn if I don’t win now...
Wow, a beast of a team. Having those RBs and Kelce, along with strong WRs is crazy. As a GM all you can do it put the best possible lineup together - it seems like you’ve done that.
Thanks, yeah it’s insane. My other team in Megalabowl was almost equally sick - but instead of a 8-2 record I am 3-7 due to all injuries (Mahomes, CMC, Carson, Mostert, D Johnson, Robinson, Cooper, Andrews). That’s the game I guess.
By the way long overdue but I love your newsletter. Have no idea how you get the time for it but it’s amazing the content you are able to put out.
Wow. Hard to believe a team like that is 3-7... but that’s 2020 fantasy football for ya. I’m in a league with one friend who kept CMC and Saquon and thought he had the league won after the draft.
And I really appreciate that! I’m a full time student so my schedule is a bit better than most, but typically I write this for an hour or so before I go to bed. People like you make it worth it (so I have an excuse to tell my GF). Cheers!
