🏈 The Gameplan
Antonio Brown, Tony Pollard, Miles Sanders, Taysom Hill and we listened to your feedback.
Good morning. After 4 INTs, maybe Taysom Hill is tight end?
Maybe it’s time for Tony Pollard to take the starting job?
Enough questions, let’s get into it.
Your Feedback
Before we get into it, thank you for the responses to our survey earlier this week. We listened and have a roadmap going forward. A few things:
We’ll shift the newsletter to every other day. This won’t be permanent, as we’ll move to once-per-week in the fantasy offseason and back to daily around August 2022.
This made sense for three reasons:
1) Your feedback - many voted for daily, but the majority preferred this model
2) Trade deadlines, teams eliminated, and fewer moves to make
3) Allows us to pack the most valuable content while staying on top of everything
This means the newsletter drops Tuesdays/Thursdays/Sundays - prime football days.
Let’s GOOOOO
Antonio Brown, Liar. Bruh.
Per Adam Schefter, Bucs WR Antonio Brown and DB Mike Edwards have been suspended three games without pay for violating NFL-NFLPA COVID-19 protocols. They'll be out through Week 15's game.
How did this story break? Jon Gruden’s favorite WR didn’t pay his personal chef, who tipped off everyone.
The Sickos
Checking in on (many) injured players:
Rapoport confirmed that Kyler Murray (ankle) and DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) are expected to return this week against the Bears. There was “no sign” of Darren Waller (knee) at Thursday's practice, and D'Andre Swift (shoulder) "feels like a long shot" to return in Week 14. TE Foster Moreau is worth grabbing.
Melvin Gordon (hip/shoulder) would not practice today and will be "50-50" to play against the Chiefs. Fire up Javonte.
James Robinson (heel, knee) was sidelined - Edit: Robinson was limited, not sidelined - for Thursday's practice. (Maybe) fire up Hyde.
Pat Freiermuth (concussion) should be out there against a Ravens defense coughing fantasy points to the TE position. The Muth is a safe start with 6-8 targets since JuJu went down for the season (and Ebron is out).
Miles Sanders (ankle) was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday and "plans on playing" - a great sign for him seeing the majority carries against a weak Jets run defense (6th most rush yards allowed).

A tale of two seasons for the rookie WRs. Elijah Moore is so much better without Zach Wilson. Ja'Marr Chase is a YACstar (video).
Quick Slants
Seahawks signed Adrian Peterson to their practice squad. Peterson felt he had gotten his legs back under him when TEN cut him last week. He said he wants to play Sunday. Then he bypassed the stairs to jump off the stage when his presser ended. 😂
Who is your call for the player who will explode in the fantasy playoffs? (Q&A)
Everything coming together for an Elijah Mitchell fantasy playoff run. Massive base role, adding pass-game role, Deebo hurt, 49ers going ultra run-heavy. Buy.

Tweet of the Day
Thanks for joining me this morning, see you Sunday!
- Jake
Hi Jake - Hope you’re doing well. Couple of questions;
1. Do you think Kadarius Toney is droppable? (He had 12 targets the last game he played)
2. Rashad Bateman is loosing his steam. He is said to be only used during garbage time. Droppable?
3. Patrick Mahomes is not having a great season so far. He has tough matchups coming up. Would you prefer him over other QBs like Kirk Cousins or Cam Newton?
4. Devonte Parker, Christian Kirk, Corey Davis and Jarvis Landry have good matchups coming. Which two among these three would you prefer?
Looking forward to your feedback.
James Robinson was actually limited at practice yesterday on Thursday as listed on the official injury report. He wasn’t a DNP as reported by beat reporters. https://twitter.com/jaguars/status/1466500253608259584
